The President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary will open tomorrow Wednesday 15/3/2017 the Olympics of computer organized by the Faculty of Computer and Information according to instructions of his Excellency to encourage innovation among the students in different scientific and cultural activities and upgrade the intellectual and mental level of the students of the Faculty of Computer and Information as the students are qualified to produce applications that participate in the service of community and put the information and technological industry in Egypt on its track. Hence, the idea of holding Olympics of computer as the software industry does not need human resources, but requires trained minds.

It is worth mentioning that the participating universities are (Assiut, Minia, South Valley “Luxor branch”, Fayoum, Menoufia, Mansoura, Zagazig, Suez Canal, Hilwan and the host university “Kafrelsheikh University”) each university will participate with one team in the field of web design.

The university hosts tomorrow committee of computer and information sciences sector in the Supreme Council of Universities to hold its meeting inside the university and the opening of the Olympics.
