Under the patronage of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary, the Faculty of Nursing held a workshop entitled “the advanced simulators in the training of methods of childbirth and newborn child care” within the interest of the president for the development of human cadres and institutional excellence of the university in the presence of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary; Dr Mohga Abed el Aziz, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing; Prof Dr Carlos Chidiac, the expert of medical training of Jumrd company in the field of training and simulation and group of professors and students of the Faculty of Nursing.

The workshop comes in response to global changes in education and the application of academic standards as one of learning strategies in teaching medical, health and global professions in terms of using the applications of simulation and virtual labs helping the students to acquire and apply the necessary skills in the practical side.

It is worth mentioning that the workshop shows the latest Mannequin simulator for training on advanced skills of Medicine and Nursing
