The minister of higher education agreed on Tuesday 5 March 2013 for the following:

1)    The specialism of 10 short term scholarships for every university for six months for assistant professors, lecturers and assistant lecturers in universities and authorities in mission plan for training to raise the efficiency of staff cadres as well as training for the most modern fields.

2)    Every authority determines the most important specialists according to its vision and strategy; determines candidates who have meet the terms of mission. Every authority will send files, which include training plan and reservation, for general management for missions.

The terms and documents:

·         First, terms:

1)    He/she should be one of staff members and assistant staff in authorities in mission plan (assistant lecturers, lecturer and assistant professors).

2)    The nomination will be done through authority according to specified numbers. Assistant lecturers should be 30 years old; lecturers (40) and assistant professors (45).

3)    They can exceed the age (two years) according to needs of authority and public interest.

4)    The administrators who get Doctorate inside or outside home either at the expense of missions or their own expenses (for lecturers or assistant professors).

5)    He/she should get 500 degrees in TOEFL; 61 in IBT or 5 in IELTS for assistant lecturers as well as who get Doctorate from home. It is not provided for who get Doctorate abroad and who travel for mutual supervision mission or internal missions before Doctorate.

6)    He/she should get acceptance from supervisor professors to do training or researches.

·         Documents:

1)    Recruitment.

2)    National ID card.

3)    Letter for place reservation.

4)    Data application in English and Arabic.

5)    The approval of authority.

6)    TOEFL certificate or IELTS (for assistant lecturers).

7)    MSC or MA (for assistant lecturers).

8)    Doctorate certificate (for assistant lecturers or professors).

·         The financial commitments and other documents will be completed for candidates before travel directly. The last for nominations is on Wednesday 1/5/2013 to general management for missions.
