Kafrelsheikh University Students Take the Lead in the 10th Leadership Preparation Camp “Compass 360°”… Gold in “Ideal Female Student” and Silver in “Ideal Male Student”

 In a new student achievement added to the record of excellence of Kafrelsheikh University, the university’s delegation succeeded in achieving distinguished results during its participation in the activities of the 10th Leadership Preparation Camp “Compass 360°,” organized by the Leadership Preparation Institute at Zagazig University, with the participation of student delegations from various Egyptian universities.

The distinguished participation of the Kafrelsheikh University delegation is crowned by winning the first place in the Ideal Female Student competition, achieved by the student Haneen El-Sayed El-Sayyad from the third year of the Faculty of Specific Education. Meanwhile, student Abd Allah Ali Esmat from the third year of the Faculty of Education wins the second place in the Ideal Male Student competition.

This achievement reflects the integrated excellence enjoyed by Kafrelsheikh University students, combining academic distinction, culture, dialogue skills, social awareness, and leadership and personal skills. It affirms their ability to compete and achieve advanced positions in student forums at the level of Egyptian universities.

The camp features a diverse and integrated program of seminars, lectures, interactive workshops, and cultural, leadership, sports, and artistic competitions. This contributed to developing students’ skills in leadership and teamwork, enhancing their abilities in communication, creative thinking, and decision-making, while providing a wide space for exchanging experiences and practices among Egyptian university youth.

Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid, President of the University, expresses his great pride and appreciation for the distinguished results achieved by the university’s students. He affirms that this achievement represents a direct fruit of the continuous support the university provides to student activities, and its keenness to discover youth talents and energies, develop them, and provide opportunities that allow students to express their abilities and potential.

The President indicates that the true excellence of a student does not stop at academic superiority, but extends to building personality and the ability to lead, communicate, work in teams, and bear responsibility. He affirms that Kafrelsheikh University places the building of a conscious, creative, and competitive human being at the forefront of its priorities.

For his part, Prof. Rushdy Al-Adawy, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and General Coordinator of Student Activities, confirms that the participation of the university’s students in national camps and forums represents a rich opportunity to acquire experiences, open up to the experiences of students from different universities, and enhance the values of belonging, cooperation, and positive competition. This contributes to preparing a new generation of Egyptian youth capable of active participation in the development journey and shaping the future of the nation.
