Within the benefit from the experiences in the faculty, quality team announces about the beginning of monthly seminars for staff, administrators, assistant lecturers and students under the authority of the dean. The first one will be for Prof Dr Kamal Riyadh Mahmoud, the assistant professor in Physics Department, who will discourse a seminar entitled “Radiation is between benefits and damage” and includes the following:

1)     Radiation (ionized and non-ionized radiations).

2)    Different radiation sources.

3)    Radiation doses to which the human exposes.

4)    How to protect ourselves from radiation.

5)    The different uses of radiation in medicine.

It will be on Tuesday 6/11/2012 at 1 pm in the seminar hall.
