The supervisors submit the proposal (the thesis) to the department council concerned with forming a tripartite committee to judge the thesis, provided that the supervisory committee is represented in the judging and discussion committee with the membership of one of the supervisors (the main supervisor) or two or more supervisors provided that they have one vote, and the two other members, one of whom at least from other university (Egyptian or foreign), provided that the committee is chaired by the oldest member, and the formation of the committee is presented after the approval of the department council to the faculty council.
