Based on the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities regarding discussing some inquiries related to the rules and system of work of scientific committees

 

The Council decided that research published before 9/1/2022 in international journals should be excluded from obtaining ethical approval, based on the necessity of submitting these approvals to these journals before publication, provided that all applicants for promotion with research published after this date are committed to submitting an official ethical approval certificate from accredited committees The academic institution in which the research was conducted
