In implementation of the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi towards financial inclusion and digital transformation in all sectors of the state, and the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 18 of 2019 regarding the regulation of non-cash payment methods, and the Cabinet’s circular on achieving the full activation of the government electronic payment and collection system in the state in a way that can The Ministry of Finance from performing the role entrusted to it in tightening its control over electronic collection operations, and the Ministry of Finance’s issuance of a document linking and integrating government agencies with the Electronic Payment and Collection Center at the Ministry of Finance in March 2021.
In this regard, the university has concluded a tripartite contract between the university, the National Bank of Egypt and the technology company for operating financial facilities “e-finance”. Accordingly, the preparation of the electronic payment and collection system for undergraduate and bachelor students has been completed on the following link:
