The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary receives on Wednesday 1/6/2016 the ambassador “Sergei Rachkov”, the ambassador and the president of Belarusian National Technical University, the vice president and the accompanying delegation to know the research and scientific university possibilities within the contract of mutual scientific and technological cooperation between the two universities to discuss the ways of activating the items of scientific and technological cooperation contract between the two universities of Belarus and Kafrelsheikh and to support the relations between the two countries in many scientific and cultural fields.

In a related context, the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary accompanied by the delegation do a survey inside the campus as they survey the Faculty of Science, Nanotechnology and photons labs and some other labs, the Faculty of Fisheries, factory of packaging and manufacturing fishes, aquaculture basins and fish farming as well as the Faculty of Dentistry.

They also visit the general diwan of the province and were welcomed by the general major el Saied Nasr, Kafrelsheikh mayor and the delegation praises the research, scientific and structural possibilities of the university.

From his part, el Kemary welcomes the mutual cooperation contract between the two universities in the scientific and cultural fields to activate the contract and support relations between the two peoples through the exchange of staff members and students, mutual supervision on theses and conducting mutual researches between the two universities in many applied fields such as (Nanotechnology in agriculture, medicine and engineering as well as the applications of laser and biotechnology).

El kemary assures the keenness of the university to pay attention for educational process and scientific research pointing to the enormous possibilities of the university at the structural and academic level that aims to achieve the continuous cooperation between the two universities and provide an attractive and stimulating environment that supports excellence and innovation for researchers and the president of Belarus assures the activation of scientific and technological cooperation contract between the two countries in the different research fields.

As well, they also pledged to exchange the visits between the two universities wishing that the president of their state will visit Egypt. Within the program of the visit, the President of the state will visit the university to see the consequences on signing the contract and its contribution in the development of economy for the two countries. He expresses his pride and happiness in the university and the extent of satisfaction with this agreement and urged the Egyptians to preserve their state and such scientific constructions such as Kafrelsheikh University.

The ambassador of Belarus state assures the excellence of the university with research and educational possibilities pointing out that they are ready to participate in developing education in Egypt as what they have seen today of the university development assures the reality of the results of the education development in Egypt and he will convey what he has seen of interest for scientific and technological cooperation done in the university at the structural and educational level and scientific research.

At the end of the meeting, el kemary and the ambassador of Belarus and the president of Belarus University and the vice president and the Major General el Saied Nasr exchange shields and gifts.
