The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary receives the Sheikh Saad el Fiki, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf and delegation of senior sheikhs and preachers in the Directorate of Awqaf.

As well, the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary assures during the meeting that the university message depends on scientific research and community service adding that our main goal is to acquire the graduates the skills to contribute to the elimination of unemployment through the Faculty of Pharmacy that aims to graduate a pharmacist who will manufacture the drug not just a vendor of the drug and we also plan to set up shrimp hatchery and two factories for canning and preservation of fish and fish feed manufacturing either zariaa or mothers in cooperation with businessmen inside the Faculty of Fisheries as well as establish electronic blood bank to provide the rare blood types.

Dr Maged el Kemary accompanies the Awqaf delegation in a tour inside the faculties beginning with the university hospital.

On the sidelines of this tour, el Kemary said that the university hospital was established to provide distinguished medical service for poor people of the province and who suffer from severe deficiencies in medical services with the prevalence of chronic diseases saying that the university hospital is just a beginning and the university plans to build specialized center for heart and chest to be the beginning of series of specialized medical centers.

The delegation expresses its fascination of the structural level for the university and proud of university hospital as it is medical edifice. On his part, the Sheikh Saad el Fiki stresses that the Directorate of Awqaf will invite people of province and businessmen to donate for the benefit of the hospital that will provide its medical services for unable people as one of legitimate bank for Zakat.
