Within the preparations for the opening of university hospital on the first of May, the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary mentions that magnetic resonance device has reached the university and being prepared for operation.

The magnetic resonance device (CT, Toshiba 320 clip) is considered one of the latest specialized devices in the field of imaging soft tissue such as brain, ligaments and cartilage and of joints, spinal cord, backbones, breast, bile ducts, uterus and ovaries that will help the university to raise to the highest medical performance rates which will serve all people of Kafrelsheikh. The device is attached with two devices (regular x-ray) and (Echo). This unit cost 13 million pounds.

The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary mentions that the university hospital delivers 14 new incubators as well as the autoclaves in preparation for their operation during the coming period.
