The eighth festival of scouts is opened in the presence of the president, the vice president for students' affairs, the vice president for environment development and some deans. It is opened with Quran, National Anthem and patriotic songs as well as the president and the vice president deliver a speech

In his word: he welcomes the students and praises the festival and economic conference and says that "Economic conference is a good omen on Egypt".

In the vice's word: he welcomes the youth, expresses his proud of them and their roles and explains that youth is the builders of the future

They join the students to capture a group photo with the participants.

The festival includes 12 faculties
