The minister of higher education Prof Dr el Saied Abed el Khaliq issues a resolution about appointing the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary to be the head of main committee to prepare formulation of proposal of new law of higher education successor of Prof Dr Abas Mansour, the president of South Valley for being candidate for the membership of the House of Representatives.
