Kafrelsheikh National University is pleased to announce the opening of electronic admission applications for students holding Egyptian General Secondary Certificates (High School), Al-Azhar Secondary Certificates, and equivalent Arab and foreign certificates for the academic year 2025/2026, during the period from Wednesday, August 27, 2025, until Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM, in accordance with the minimum admission thresholds announced on the website of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as approved by the Supreme Council of Private and National Universities.

Admission Procedures
Applications must be submitted online via the university admission portal:

A non-refundable application fee of EGP 1500 must be paid to one of the following accounts:

The applicant must upload proof of payment (receipt) on the application portal.
If no receipt is uploaded, the application will be considered invalid and cannot be resubmitted.
The original receipt must be submitted later with the required documents in case of acceptance.

Required Documents (to be uploaded online):
1. Original birth certificate (showing the military service number for male students).
2. Personal photo (4×6 cm, white background).
3. Original General Secondary, Al-Azhar, Arab, or foreign certificate, duly attested by the Equivalency Department (as applicable).
4. Copy of applicant’s National ID card.
5. Copy of guardian’s National ID card.
6. Copy of payment receipt (mentioning the applicant’s name and payment for Kafrelsheikh National University).

Important Notes & Regulations
Students must create an account using their National ID number and personal email address.
Admission notifications will be sent via the registered email only.
Any incorrect or falsified data will lead to rejection of the application.
Students must keep their username and password to monitor application status.
Internal selection will be based on highest total scores after the application deadline.
The university warns applicants against fraudulent intermediaries. All tuition fees must only be paid to the university’s official accounts after receiving an official payment authorization from the Admissions Office.
Admission results will be announced via the official admission portal.
Duplicate program choices will result in rejection of the application.
Accepted applicants must pay tuition fees within 48 hours of admission results; otherwise, the seat will be forfeited.
Tuition fees can be paid in full or in two installments (first installment upon admission including administrative fees, second installment before the second semester).
For Al-Azhar Secondary Certificates, scores are calculated after excluding the total marks of religious subjects.
Some programs (Agriculture, Arts & Design, and Languages & Humanities – pending sector committee approval) will be announced later upon official accreditation.
