oday, Thursday, 5/2/2024, the activities of the training program (Training of Trainers) are launched, in cooperation with the Supreme Council of Universities, represented by the National Center for Training and Leadership, and Kafrelsheikh University, represented by the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education, under the patronage of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Dr. Mustafa Rifaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities, and Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University.
Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, receives Dr. Ashour Omari, Director of the National Center for Training and Leadership at the Supreme Council of Universities, and the Council’s teamwork, in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Abdelaal, Vice President of the University for Education and Students’ Affairs; Dr. Ismail Al-Qon, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Human Resource Management and Continuing Education; Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary-General of the University, and Dr. Tarek Abdel Rahman, Executive Director of the International Center for Human Resource Management and Continuing Education at the university.
In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, welcomes the participants in the training program, stressing the University’s keenness to provide a stimulating training environment to fully benefit from the training program and achieve the desired goals of refining the skills of the participants’ training capabilities and increasing their effectiveness, pointing out that the training of trainers course is the basic foundation for preparing certified cadres and trainers.
Otherwise, Dr. Ismail Al-Qon, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, points out the importance of visiting the National Center for Training and Leadership Committee at the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities, headed by Dr. Ashour Omari, to evaluate the center and begin the procedures for accrediting the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education at the university in accordance with the financial and administrative rules of the Supreme Council of Universities to obtain an accredited center license.
In the same context, Dr. Tarek Abdel-Rahman praises the university’s role and the full support of the university’s leaders, led by Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, the president, for this training event and the continuous encouragement to develop and enhance the level of training at the university. The training program will continue until 5/11/2024 and includes 14 training sessions to increase and refine training capabilities, in which the training will be conducted by a distinguished elite of certified trainers.
