Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, witnesses the closing ceremony of student activities in student housing for the academic year 2023/2024, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Aal, Vice President of the University for Education and Students’ Affairs; Dr. Ismail Al-Qon, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Dr. Ali Abu Shosha, former Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary-General of the University; Dr. Rushdy Al-Adawy, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University; Dr. Ahmed Al-Tarawi, Supervisor of student housing for males; Dr. Najwa Al-Khatib, supervisor of student housing for females; Dr. Mushira Al-Abbasi, supervisor of nutrition; Dr. Tariq Al-Mulla, general director of student housing, and directors of student housing sector for male and female students, and restaurants.
During the ceremony, the President honors the Egyptian and foreign students and those with exceptional abilities residing in the student housing and the winners of various sporting activities and competitions. The President also holds an open meeting with the students of student housing.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Abdelrazek Desouki, President of the University, participates with the students of the student housing in the group Iftar celebration, with the aim of extending the bonds of friendship and familiarity between the students and university leaders, and creating a spirit of joy, happiness and love among them in the holy month of Ramadan, praising the efforts of the employees, and asking them to raise the level of service to achieve the satisfaction of students residing in the student housing.
The President expresses his great happiness for his presence and the participation of the students in student housing in the group iftar celebration in a family atmosphere that strengthens social relations between students and professors, stressing that the university administration harnesses all its capabilities to serve the male and female students in the student housing, praising the efforts of the student housing administration in serving students, ensuring their comfort, and their tireless efforts to provide them with the best services.
Otherwise, Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Aal, Vice President of the University for Education and Students’ Affairs, indicates that the university administration pays great attention to the foreign students of student housing, especially as their presence in the holy month of Ramadan coincides with the continuation of studies in the second semester, as all aspects of care and support are provided to students throughout their stay in the student housing, and the appropriate living environment is created for studying during the holy month.
