Today, Wednesday, the Faculty of Science receives the children participating in the sixth stage at the Children’s University, which is organized by the university, under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, as the visit is coordinated by Dr. Amira Okasha, Coordinator of the Children's University at Kafrelsheikh University.
The Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, Prof. Magdy Mahfouz, receives the children and conducts a cordial dialogue with them.
In the Faculty of Science, Children’s University students visit the laboratories of the Department of Geology and Physics, the Museum of Zoology, and laboratories of energy sources. As well, Dr. Kamal Riyad gives an introductory lecture on the Faculty of Science, its departments, programs, advantages, and importance in the study and he gets the students acquainted with the environment, its importance, and environmental pollution in society.
The coordinator of the Children’s University at Kafrelsheikh University, Dr. Amira Okasha, confirms that the visit aims to develop the creative spirit of children and expand their perceptions, which helps them solve any problems or obstacles that they may face in the future, as well as helps them develop their skills and hone their talents.
