Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Khaled Atef Abd El-Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouky, President of the University; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, and Secretary General of the University, Dr. Ali Sabry, for the third consecutive day, the Kafrelsheikh University Youth Forum, which was held in Sharm El-Sheikh, continues the workshops on climate change in cooperation between the university and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, "The Egyptian Youth Hostels Association".
The forum aims to introduce climate change and explain and clarify its implications for all sectors of society, within the framework of preparations for Egypt's organization of the Conference of the Parties to Climate Change in November 2022, COP27, and the efforts made to disseminate societal awareness of the issue of climate change.
The workshops also include the experience of one of the graduates of the Faculty of Fisheries at Kafrelsheikh University, Eng. Khaled Shaker.
Shaker explains his experience in the field of climate change and the initiatives in which he participated and conveyed his experience in participating in student activities and international initiatives and participations in which he participated inside and outside Egypt.
