Dr. Desouky welcomes the visiting delegation at Kafrelsheikh University, and says that the visit aims to get acquainted with the university's research and scientific capabilities, and to discuss ways of future cooperation between the university and universities in Spain in the academic and research fields, enhancing joint cooperation and exchanging experiences, expressing his aspiration for further cooperation between the embassy Spanish in Cairo.

The Spanish cultural advisor in Cairo stresses the importance of cooperation with Egyptian universities during the coming period, and explains that Kafrelsheikh University enjoys a distinguished international reputation in the research community, and stresses that the coming period will witness effective cooperation between Spanish universities and Kafrelsheikh University.
The Spanish Cultural Counsellor in Cairo also praises Kafrelsheikh University’s excellence in research and educational capabilities, and the university’s model and what it has achieved since its establishment and its capabilities in terms of attention to the aesthetic values inside the campus, and the distinguished infrastructure for education and scientific research, in addition to its distinction and ranking in international rankings, stressing that what they witness today from the development of the university indicates the interest of the Egyptian state in education and scientific research, and in developing the spirit of innovation and creativity among the youth of Egyptian universities.
Dr. Ghallab indicates that the visit also includes the meeting of the cultural advisor with staff members of the Spanish Language Department at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, during which a presentation was made on the history of the department, its most important activities, and its contributions, as well as the projects in which the department participates in the field of the Spanish language, and shedding light on aspects of cooperation between the department and the Spanish embassy. The visit also witnesses many artistic performances by the students of the Spanish Language Department, and an open dialogue took place that included many questions from the audience.
