Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, confirms that the university always strives for excellence to become a fourth-generation university, in addition to its inclusion in international rankings. Therefore, the university launches the Internal Excellence Award to achieve distinction and competition between faculties at the university level and at the level of Egyptian universities.

Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, indicates that the university trains a team for the university and excellence ambassadors for the faculties and holds the current training workshop to train evaluators during the opening session of the workshop, confirming that the award administration would provide all means of technical support to the university and follow up on its journey of internal excellence in all technical stages of qualifying internal evaluators, final evaluation, judging, and approving the results, within the framework of emphasizing the deepening of this culture, in addition to contributing to achieving transparency, governance and integrity of all stages of the award.

 

The training course is held at the Faculty of Science in the presence of Dr. Magdy Mahfouz, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. El-Sayed Bilal, Dr. Amr Abu Hani, and Eng Tahia Ibrahim from the university’s internal excellence award team, and Dr. Hazem Sharaf El-Din, training and quality assurance consultant for the Institutional Excellence Awards, and Dr. Israa Hassan, the specialized awards official at the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, lecture at the training.
