 The achievement of excellence among Pharmacognosy Departments in Egyptian Pharmacy Faculties in the field of education, scientific research and community service, thus contributing to achieving vision of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Kafrelsheikh University and its excellence.

 It contributes to establish a distinguished educational institution to develop qualified pharmacists suitable for competition in local and regional markets as well as linking scientific research to the community needs through the effective utilization of natural resources, existing in Egypt, in the manufacture of drugs aas well as increaing the community awareness about the rational use of herbal medicine via ways depending on herbs guideline.
