The department's strategic goals:

 

1- Participation in the graduation of a high-level physician capable of diagnosing and treating various diseases

 

2- Community service by providing a distinguished medical service, especially for rheumatic patients.

 

3- The department should be a distinguished center for training and rehabilitating medical personnel in the specialty

 

4- Active participation in the research plan of the college and university, and contributing to pushing the locomotive of scientific research at the regional and international levels.
