Today, Sunday, 20/3/2022, The President Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky inaugurates the first student scientific conference entitled “Care of innovators and creators” in the conference hall of the Faculty of Medicine, with the participation of students from the faculties and institutes, headed by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, and the conference’s rapporteur, Dr. Marwa Ghallab, the conference coordinator, Ismail Ibrahim, Head of the Students’ Union, in the presence of Prof. Hasan Younis and Prof. Reda Saleh, Vices of the President of the University, the Deans and Vices of Deans, a group of staff members, and the General Coordinator of Student Activities, Prof. Dr. Rushdy El-Adawy.
The conference includes a number of main themes in the field of “natural and applied sciences, humanities and social sciences,” which includes a range of scientific researches in medicine, health sciences, engineering, literature, education, and other disciplines.
Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Dosouky, the President of the University, explains that the conference is held in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Republic, to discover and care for talented students and innovators, to form a gathering of many university students to discuss and research the reality of student creativity, and also to enhance the importance of working and cooperating to develop and nurture student creativity and talents, for their great future impact on the individual and society level.
As well, the president states that the conference aims to invest young minds, promising energies and unlimited capabilities among male and female students at the university, and to make a qualitative leap in the personality of students, raise the scientific and cultural level of university students, disseminate the culture of scientific research, creativity and innovation among them, contribute to community service and environmental development, and building bridges of scientific communication between students in various fields, by creating an educational environment capable of discovering, developing and nurturing the talents, abilities and creative tendencies of students.
Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abdel-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs and head of the Conference, stresses that the university’s student activities receive great attention and support from the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky.
