Kafrelsheikh University Wins the Second Place in the Top Eco-friendly University Competition and the Second and Third Places in Visual Identity Design Competition for the New Administrative Capital of

Today Monday 20/9/2021, the President Prof Dr Abedelrazek El-Desouky announces that the university wins the second place in the Top Eco-friendly University Competition and the second and third places in mural works in Visual Identity Design Competition for the New Administrative Capital of Egypt.

The President receives the university’s awards in the competitions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the year 2020-2021 in a number of fields, in a grand celebration held in the presence of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Dr. Ayman Ashour, Vice Minister for University Affairs; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Administrative Capital Company, Major General Ahmed Zaki Abdeen, presidents of public and private universities, heads of centers, institutes and research bodies, leaders of higher education and Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, media advisor and official spokesperson of the ministry, in a Cairo hotel.

As well, the President Prof. Dr. Abdel Razek Dosouky states that obtaining a number of awards requires the university to make a lot of effort in the coming period, demanding for the necessity of paying attention to teamwork and maximizing the benefit from the available capabilities, confirming that the university administration is making great efforts for development to raise the university at all academic, administrative, research and service levels, as part of its strategy to shift towards fourth generation universities.

 

The president demands to exploit the available resources and capabilities in the best possible way and to promote the public interest over the private interest, and to work via the university’s vision and mission, and reaching this position is not a goal but a mean for the university to reach international standards to contribute to achieving sustainable development and Egypt’s vision 2023 via providing state institutions with competencies and providing solutions to problems.
