Today, Kafrelsheikh University witnesses an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and welcome as it receives junior and senior students coinciding with the launch of the new academic year 2026/2027, amid outstanding organizational arrangements that reflected the university’s readiness to welcome its students and its keenness to provide a university environment that encourages learning, creativity, and participation.
Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid, President of Kafrelsheikh University, affirms that the university is embarking on a new academic year with a clear vision aimed at continuing the development of the educational process, enhancing student activities, and supporting the discovery of talents and abilities, thereby contributing to building the student’s integrated personality and preparing them for the requirements of the future and the labor market.
The President says: “We welcome our new and returning students to their second home, Kafrelsheikh University, and we affirm that the university does not only provide knowledge and learning, but also works on building the human being, discovering talents, developing students’ skills, and preparing them to be capable of shaping their future and contributing to the building of their homeland.”
He adds that the beginning of the academic year represents a new launch for work, excellence, and achievement, stressing that the university is keen to provide all means of support and care for students, and to encourage them to actively participate in cultural, scientific, sports, artistic, and social activities, and to benefit from the training and qualification opportunities offered by the university.
The student reception events witness distinguished participation by the “Students for Egypt” Family at Kafrelsheikh University, which contributes to welcoming junior and senior students, providing them with support and guidance, and participating in organizing the festive atmosphere at the start of the academic year, reflecting the spirit of cooperation, belonging, and positive participation within the university.
