The President receives the Supreme Council of Universities Committee to Follow up Aptitude Tests at the Faculty of Sports Sciences

Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid, President of Kafrelsheikh University, receives the Supreme Council of Universities committee tasked with following up the aptitude tests at the Faculty of Sports Sciences for the academic year 2026/2027.

At the beginning of the visit, Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid welcomes the committee members and affirms that Kafrelsheikh University places the application of quality, transparency, and neutrality standards at the top of its priorities in all stages of aptitude tests. This ensures equal opportunities for all students, in implementation of the directives of the Egyptian state, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and within the framework of the Supreme Council of Universities’ continuous monitoring.

He points out that the university has provided all human, organizational, and technical resources to ensure the success of the aptitude testing system by preparing committees, facilitating procedures, and providing a suitable and safe environment for students. This reflects the prominent position Kafrelsheikh University has reached as one of Egypt’s leading universities in developing the university education system.

Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid adds that Kafrelsheikh University operates according to an institutional vision that aims to present an integrated model for managing aptitude tests based on discipline, accuracy, and transparency, while providing all means of support to students. This reflects the great confidence the university enjoys and confirms its constant readiness to apply best practices across various sectors.

For his part, Prof. Ahmed Zina, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, explains that the faculty prepares a comprehensive organizational plan to receive students taking the aptitude tests. The plan includes preparing testing venues, providing work and supervision teams, and applying all regulations approved by the Supreme Council of Universities to ensure the tests are conducted smoothly and accurately.

Prof. Ahmed Zina adds that the faculty works to provide a distinguished organizational experience for students from the moment they enter the faculty until the end of the tests, with full commitment to standards of fairness and transparency. This achieves the objectives of aptitude tests in selecting the most prepared candidates for studying at the Faculty of Sports Sciences.

The visit includes following up the progress of the aptitude tests, reviewing implementation mechanisms inside the committees, verifying compliance with instructions and organizing regulations, and inspecting the equipment and resources provided by the university and the faculty to ensure smooth operations with high efficiency and quality.

This visit is held within the framework of the Supreme Council of Universities’ keenness to conduct continuous field monitoring of aptitude tests across various Egyptian universities. This ensures the unification of procedures and the achievement of the highest levels of quality and transparency in selecting students applying to faculties that require passing aptitude tests.
