In line with Kafrelsheikh University’s commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and discipline during the second semester examinations for the academic year 2025/2026, Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid, the President, conducts an inspection tour to follow up the surveillance camera system in auditoriums and examination rooms across the university’s various faculties. The aim is to ensure the efficiency of the electronic monitoring system and its role in supporting the smooth conduct of the examination process and providing a safe and disciplined examination environment. This follow-up is part of the continuous field tours conducted by the President to monitor the regularity of examinations and verify the availability of all necessary resources for students inside the committees.
During the tour, the President inspects the central camera monitoring room. He reviews the mechanisms for real-time surveillance of lecture halls and examination rooms, and the extent of camera coverage of all examination sites. This ensures accurate and continuous monitoring of the committees, immediate detection of any observations or obstacles, and swift handling of them to maintain the smooth progress of the examinations.
He adds that the university is keen on continuous monitoring of all examination committees through an advanced electronic system that enables direct and accurate observation of the examination process. This guarantees the highest levels of discipline and adherence to the regulations governing the examination process, while enhancing the quality of performance inside the committees.
The President indicates that the university operates according to an integrated vision aimed at providing a safe and comfortable examination environment for students through continuous field monitoring, providing the necessary technical and administrative support, and ensuring the readiness of all technical equipment and infrastructure that contribute to the success of the examinations.
