Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid, President of Kafrelsheikh University, inspects the electronic examinations at the Faculties of Oral and Dental Medicine and Arts. This visit is part of the ongoing field monitoring of the second semester exams for the academic year 2025/2026. The aim is to ensure the smooth progress of the examination process and to confirm the availability of suitable conditions for students to take their exams in a modern and advanced educational environment.
During the tour, the President inspects the electronic examination labs and testing halls. He reviews the mechanisms for conducting the exams, the readiness of the technological infrastructure, and the efficiency of the devices and networks used. He also monitors the organized entry of students into the electronic committees and listens to their opinions regarding the level of the exams, the clarity of the questions, and the ease of using the electronic system.
He affirms the university’s commitment to providing all necessary resources to ensure the success of the electronic examination system, guaranteeing the highest levels of accuracy, transparency, and fairness among students. He praises the efforts of the faculty administrations, assistant staff, and administrative team in organizing the exams and conducting them in a manner befitting the university’s standing.
Prof. Yahya Zakaria Eid explains that the university continues to develop its digital transformation system across all educational sectors, with electronic examinations being one of the most important pillars of this development. This is due to the speed, accuracy in evaluation, and achievement of equal opportunities for all students that such systems provide.
The President adds that the university is keen on continuous field monitoring of examination procedures across all faculties to ensure their smooth running, remove any obstacles students may face, and provide a safe and organized examination environment that helps them perform their exams under the best possible conditions.
