Prof. Yahya Eid, President of Kafrelsheikh University, inspects the Central University Library to follow up the workflow and ensure the quality of services provided to students, staff members, and researchers, within the framework of the university administration’s keenness to develop the knowledge infrastructure and support the education and scientific research system inside the university.
During the tour, the President inspects the reading halls and various sections of the library, including the scientific references, electronic databases, and digital services offered to students and researchers. He confirms the importance of providing a suitable academic environment that supports research, innovation, and the development of students’ skills.
Prof. Yahya Eid affirms that the Central University Library is one of the most important scientific and knowledge edifices within the university, as it provides diverse knowledge sources that serve various scientific disciplines. He points out that the university pays great attention to updating the library’s scientific and digital content to keep pace with the rapid developments in the fields of knowledge and scientific research.
Prof. Yahya Eid adds that Kafrelsheikh University operates according to a strategic vision aimed at strengthening the role of university libraries as centers of scientific and cultural radiation. These libraries contribute to supporting the educational and research process and provide a stimulating environment for reading, exploration, and knowledge acquisition.
