Acting University President Prof. Ismail Ismail Ibrahim participates in the official ceremony for launching the National Initiative to Support Outstanding Students in Egyptian Universities entitled "Future Scientists Scholarship." The event is held under the patronage of Dr. Entissar El-Sisi, spouse of the President of the Republic, and in the presence of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister. It takes place at the Grand Celebration Hall of Cairo University, reflecting the Egyptian state's commitment to supporting higher education and scientific research, empowering youth with equal and fair educational opportunities, and building a generation capable of contributing to comprehensive development and shaping the nation's future.
The ceremony includes a documentary film highlighting the history of Cairo University, the contributions of its prominent figures to education and scientific research—most notably Princess Fatima Ismail—and confirming the university's deep-rooted legacy and ongoing national and scientific role.
The event also features a dialogue session with a group of students benefiting from the scholarship, moderated by media personality Mr. Osama Kamal. During the session, they share their experiences, aspirations, and how the scholarship has supported their academic and professional paths.
