Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, witnesses the closing ceremony of student activities in the Student Housing for the academic year 2024/2025, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdelaal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs; Prof. Dr. Ismail El-Qon, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Dr. Ali Abu Shousha, former Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Reda Saleh, former Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Dr. Hasan Younes, former Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary General of the University; Dr. Mohamed Hamed Salah, Supervisor of the Student Housing of males; Dr. Nagwa El-Khatib, Supervisor of the Student Housing of females; Dr. Mushira Al-Abbasi, Supervisor of Nutrition, Dr. Tarek El-Mulla, General Manager of the Student Housing, and Directors of sectors of Student Housing and Restaurants.
During the ceremony, the president honors Egyptian and international students, students with special needs residing in student housing, and winners of various sports activities and competitions. He also holds an open meeting with students of student housing.
At the end of the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, joins the students of student housing in a group iftar, to strengthen the bonds of friendship and intimacy among the students and the university leadership, and to create a spirit of joy, happiness, and love among them during the holy month of Ramadan, praising the efforts of employees in raising the level of service to achieve the satisfaction of the students residing in the student housing.
Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, confirms the University's commitment to caring for its students, especially those living abroad, and providing them with the highest quality educational and living environments, explaining that student housing is not just for housing, but also a place for sports activities, student gatherings, entertainment, and other activities.
Otherwise, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdelaal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, points out that the university administration pays great attention to expatriate students in student housing, especially since their presence coincides with the holy month of Ramadan, which is the time for continuing their studies in the second semester. All forms of care and support are provided to students throughout their stay in the student housing, and a suitable living environment is created for studying during the holy month.
