Today, Saturday 14/12/2024, the activities of the third class of the training program (Training of Trainers) are launched, in cooperation with the Supreme Council of Universities represented by the National Center for Training and Leadership Preparation and Kafrelsheikh University represented by the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Dr. Mustafa Refaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities; Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ismail El-Qon, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and the supervision of Dr. Tarek Abdelrahman, Executive Director of the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education at the University, and Dr. Omar Salem, Director of the Electronic and Knowledge Services Center at the Supreme Council of Universities.
Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, points out the University’s interest in training and the training process to hone the skills and training capabilities of staff members to increase their effectiveness, confirming that the Training the Trainers course is the basic pillar for preparing certified cadres and trainers.
Otherwise, Prof. Dr. Ismail Al-Qon, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, indicates that the duration of the training program is 6 training days from 12/14 to 27/12/2024, at a rate of three training days per week. The program is trained by a group of trainers accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities.
In the same context, Dr. Tarek Abdelrahman points out that the number of participants in the third class of the program is 18 trainees belonging to several entities, including Kafrelsheikh University, Menoufia University, and civil society organizations.
