The Students for Egypt family organizes an educational seminar to celebrate the anniversary of the glorious October War at the Faculty of Commerce, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdelaal, Vice President of the University for Education and Students’ Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Amany Shaker, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Dr. Rushdy El-Adawy, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University; Dr. Ahmed Darag, General Coordinator of the Students for Egypt Family, and Dr. Marwa Ghallab, Assistant General Coordinator of the Students for Egypt Family, and in the presence of staff members who are coordinators of the Students for Egypt Family at the faculties.
Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of the University, receives Major General Staff Abd El-Azim Mohamed Youssef, Advisor at Nasser Military Academy, one of the heroes of the October War, on the sidelines of the Faculty of Commerce’s celebration of the 51st anniversary of the October 1973 victories to revive the spirit of victory and disseminate the spirit of dignity and pride among the students of the Faculty, in the presence of Dr. Hasan Younis, former Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Walid Afifi, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, and Colonel Hamed Matar, Director of the Military Education Management.
Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, confirms that the memory of the October victories will remain a witness to the greatness of the great Egyptian army, its courage, and the strength, determination and steadfastness of the Egyptian people, and their gathering around their leaders, full of confidence and faith in the clear victory and liberation of the land, in a war that will remain the greatest and noblest wars in history, which changed many concepts of strategic and military sciences, in the entire world, as Egypt and the Egyptians gained the respect, appreciation and admiration of the countries of the world, after the liberation of the precious land.
During the seminar, Major General Staff Abd El-Azim Mohamed Youssef confirms that the glorious October victories represent a symbol of pride, honor and will for the Egyptian people. This immortal occasion reminds us of the sacrifices of the sons of the homeland who wrote with their blood one of the most wonderful pages of history. On this occasion, they cannot miss saluting the efforts of the Egyptian political leadership, which is keen to support the Egyptian Armed Forces and provide them with the latest weapons and equipment to ensure that they are in the best possible position to protect Egyptian national security, especially within the tensions and dangers surrounding us in the region.
