The state of South Africa associates with the international institution for systems analysis applications to organize a summer program for youth scientists. It is allowed for students of Doctorate from December until February (summer in South Africa) in the fields of environment, environmental systems, climatic change, water, education systems. The organization will bear the expenses of residence and meals and the authority which nominates will bear travel expenses.
