The university has established database that includes the students with special abilities for easy communication with them, engaging them in sports activities and training courses, implementing scientific and recreational trips to raise their scientific, professional, intellectual and recreational competencies and working to integrate them with students in science clubs.

As well, he points out that the roads, streets, sidewalks and constructions at Kafrelsheikh University are designed to facilitate the life of people with special needs and integrate them into society through presenting many services and benefits enjoyed by people with special abilities.

For sidewalks, special passages from yellow tiles are designed on sidewalks with senior longitudinal inscription and at the intersection of yellow lines, there are prominent circles to cross the road through the slope of sidewalk and help the blind for self-reliance as well as rehabilitate sidewalks for the use of people with special needs from the wheelchair users and the sidewalks are also eligible for the elderly.

The elevators and constructions are also equipped to meet the needs of people with special abilities in terms of alarms of guidance calling in the elevator audible and visual and the control keys in the elevator can be used by the persons who use wheelchairs and the bathrooms are also equipped for the people of special needs.
