The president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary receives the Major General Tarek Essa, the manager of Glion Pond Farm Project which is the biggest fish farm in the Middle East and it is scheduled to be opened in the Next August.

The delegation discusses the ways of mutual cooperation, the exchange of experts and scientific researches in the field of fish aquaculture technology, the cooperative training program and the training of human cadres for Glion Pond Farm Project as well as the training of the students in the farm.

As well, the president accompanied by the manager of Glion Pond Farm Project and Chinese Experts visit the Faculties of Fisheries and Science as they do a survey for student and research labs as well as breeding tanks, fish canning factory at the Faculty of Fisheries.

The delegation praises the research, scientific and structural possibilities and the president welcomes the constructive cooperation with all national institutions for training and preparing human cadres of technicians in the field of fish aquaculture technology through the Faculty of Fisheries and international experts of staff members training them on the latest scientific and technological means in fish farming and manufacturing to cope with modern scientific requirements.
