The International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education aims to raise the Efficiency of the Administrative Apparatus via Specialized Training Programs

 As part of the university’s keenness to develop administrative cadres and improve the quality of institutional performance, the university, represented by the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Organization and Administration, is organizing a group of specialized training programs for the administrative apparatus, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Ismail El-Qon, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center.

Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, confirms the great role of human resources in achieving institutional excellence for the university. Therefore, the university is keen to focus on developing the capabilities and skills of employees continuously to enhance the efficiency of its employees and improve the level of institutional performance.

 

In this context, Prof. Dr. Ismail Al-Qon, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center, makes an inspection visit to the International Center for Human Resources Management and Continuing Education at the University, as part of the University’s keenness to follow up the progress of work in its various units and faculties, and to ensure the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, in the presence of Dr. Tarek Abd El-Rahman, Executive Director of the Center. During the visit, he inspects the training halls and available technical equipment, and listens to a detailed explanation from the Director of the Center about the training courses provided, their objectives, and the target groups.
