It is agreed to form a judgement and discussion committee for the researcher Basma Waheed Mahmoud for getting PHD entitled “The efficiency of the behavioral program to active early with children and instructional program in developing the concepts for children who  face the difficulties of learning” before school in the mental health. Under the authority of Prof Dr Subhi Abed el Fatah el Kafoury, the professor of mental health and agent of education and students affairs, and Dr Farida Abed el Mogni el Samahi, the lecturer of mental health, council of mental health department on 26/2/2012 agreed to form a committee of judgment and discussion as the following:

1)    Prof Dr Amal Abed el Sami Abaza, the professor and head of mental health department and the dean (head and supervisor).

2)    Prof Dr Khalid Ibrahim el Fakharani, the professor and head of philosophy department in Tanta University (debater).

3)    Prof Dr Subhi Abed el Fatah el Kafouri, the professor of mental health and agent of education and students affairs (supervisor and debater).
