Under the patronage of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary, a
symposium entitled “the future of gold mining, guides from el Soukry mine in
Egypt) is held today Tuesday 28/2/2017 at the Faculty of Science at
Kafrelsheikh University in which Eng Sami el Rahjhi, the chairman of Sentaman
Australian company and founder of el Soukry mine in Egypt, will discourse.
During the seminar, he explains that el Soukry mine is a huge gold
mine nominated to be ranked among the largest ten gold mines in the world. This
mine is the first for gold in the modern area and for this industry; it has a
considerable scope for the development of Egyptian economy.
As well, he points out that the prospection for gold reflects on
the surrounding economy of drilling, welding and construction companies,
stressing that Egypt has many natural resources that can be transformed into a
large industries and the most important is gold mining industry.
At the end of the seminar, Eng Sami el Rajhi thanks Kafrelsheikh
University and its wise leadership for hosting this seminar and praises what he
has seen of scientific possibilities saying “I am dazzled of Kafrelsheikh
