It is formed as the following:

1)      Prof Dr the professor of Mental Health Department, the manager of open education center and the previous dean (head and supervisor)

2)      Dr el Saied Ahmed Sakr, the assistant professor of Educational Psychology Department (discussant)

3)      Dr Siham Abed el Gafar Oliwa, the assistant professor of Mental Health and the department head (discussant)
