The faculty council agreed on 9/12/2012 to grant the researcher Wafaa Ayiad Ayiad Ali for getting PHD (specialism: comparative education and educational management) by a thesis entitled “Managerial Empowerment Requirement for University Leader Ship at the Faculty of Education in The Arab Republic of Egypt: A suggested Proposal”.
