Mental Health Department council on Tuesday 2012 decides to nominate Prof Dr Amal Abed el Sami Abaza, the head of mental health department, to get the state appreciation and encouragement award of the supreme council for culture in the fields of literature, Arts and social sciences (excellence 2013).
