The Results of University Chess Championship
The Social Activity Department of the General Administration of Student Welfare organizes the University Chess Championship, under the patronage of Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University; Dr. Mohammed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, and Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary-General of the University, under the supervision of Dr. Rushdy Al-Adawy, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, and the follow-up and implementation of Dr. Hanaa Tantawi, Director of the Social Activities Department at the General Administration for Student Welfare at the University.
Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, explains that such participations have a positive impact in preparing and training university students, achieving communication and integration among them, exchanging expertise and experiences, and developing and refining skills.
The results of the chess competition for male students result in the student Abanoub Magdy Ramzi, Faculty of Medicine, who wins the first place, the student Ahmed Wajih Ali Al-Gamal, Faculty of Dentistry, who wins the second place, and the student Mustafa Osama Mustafa Mohamed, Faculty of Engineering, who is in the third place.
The results of the chess competition for female students also result in the student Aisha Muhammad Mahmoud, Faculty of Physical Therapy, who wins the first place, the student Basmala Muhammad Al-Saeed Al-Ashry, Faculty of Science, who wins the second place, and Kenzi Ahmed Ali Abdel Halim, College of Arts, is in the third place.
