The analysis includes all departments, from education and scientific research to the community, as well as financial, material, and human resources. All members of the college and its affiliated bodies participated in the analysis.
• This was conducted using available resources, including the collection of new documents and electronic data, and discussions with participants to identify strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment and opportunities and threats in the external environment.
• The selection of the appropriate resources for the environmental analysis was not based on the need for necessary resources, and there was no suitable venue for conducting interviews related to the procedures.
