Quality is a comprehensive term for the state of something, whether it is a product, service, institution, study or training program, or the level of work performance. The product meets or exceeds expectations. It also means that the product meets the needs and requirements of the product, and also that the product meets the specifications set during design. And the requirements required by the service or those agreed upon. In university education, the product is the graduating student (graduate), whose level must meet the expectations of consumers (society). By ensuring the quality of academic distinctions, intermediate programs, teaching methods, and assessment, it is possible to distinguish more on the nature of quality. We will present some definitions in this field.
