Under the authority of the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary; the vice president for post-graduation studies affairs Prof Dr el Saied Hegazy and the dean Prof Dr Reda Salih, seminar was held entitled

“The Management of Problem of Population increase in Egypt… the Nature of Problem…its Results…the proposed Solutions”

In which Prof Dr Mahmoud Salim, the professor in Statistics and Insurance Department

 The seminar was organized by Dr Hala el Agmy, Mrs Sawsan Amin with a team consisting of number of administrators and students.

As well, the seminar was held in the presence of large group of guests from various governmental authorities as well as staff members and students of post-graduation studies; the president Prof Dr Maged el Kemary and Prof Dr Hoda el Tanbari, the professor in Social Service Institute and the head of national center for women at Kafrelsheikh province.

The seminar started with welcoming from Prof Dr Reda Salih, the dean for the guests and the president delivers an opening speech followed by Prof Dr Mahmoud Salim who gave a lecture speaking about population problem in Egypt and its effect on the economic situation in the county as the population increase is one of the most important problems and main obstacles in the economic growth process and the most effect on the financial state resources.
