The fourth seminar on management was held by
the department of business administration.
The business administration department held a
seminar to discuss two important topics in human resource field on 11 February
2015. These topics were entitled: "the impact of talent management on
counterproductive behavior" and "the direct and interactive effects
of psychological capital on employee engagement". The seminar that began
with a presentation by researchers to give an overview of the proposals was
attended by several professors and postgraduate students
