The Cultural Affairs and Mission Sector announces about missions’ plan of the seventh five-year plan for the academic year 2012/2013 by competitive system including external missions for Doctorate, mutual supervision mission and scientific missions (post doctoral). The announcement contains all terms and documents besides the standard of choice from 2 December 2012 until 15 January 2013. The general management for missions will present a paper file from 1st January until 15 January 2013
