Conditions for awarding a master's degree:

- The student should lead a public discussion on the subject of the research after completing it within the specified time period, and the degree will not be granted until after the research is accepted by the jury.

- The researcher submits seven copies of the thesis, bound in black and approved by the supervisors and members of the committee, in accordance with the decision of the judging committee, provided that all copies are prepared according to the principles and specifications described later.

Note: (for graduates of the English section):

For students of the Language Division whose theses are prepared in English, the Graduate Studies Council decided the following items:

- The researcher should be a graduate of the English Language Department.

- The student should submit an adequate summary in Arabic of no less than 20 pages before the discussion, and it should be attached to the thesis.

- The student obtains a certificate of proficiency in the English language, in accordance with the rules and regulations decided by the University Council in this regard.
