Branches of study

The scientific structure of the department is concentrated in the fields of dairy chemistry, microbiology and technology. Courses have also been developed to focus on nanotechnology and its applications in various dairy fields. The students have training course during the summer season since they spend more than one month in famous Dairy factories to have many experiences and qualify for work after graduate.
